Administrative Reform in Eastern Ukraine II Project

Objective:

Enhancement of local self-governments and state inistitutions to apply innovative instruments and procedures for efficient and sustainable provision of public services.

Activities:

The project activities are mainly focused on the introduction of innovative approaches to strengthen the Centres for Administrative Services, creating prerequisites for the application of innovative instruments in the process of providing administrative services and further development of inter-municipal cooperation. The project also contributes to increasing the level of competence of regional and national institutions in order to support the efforts of communities to improve their services and engage in a political dialogue on the decentralization of experience and new knowledge gained in the course of work at the local level.
